Job summary

VersaFile Inc. is seeking a Middleware Associate to join our delivery team and help build and support integrations between enterprise systems.

This entry‑level role offers hands‑on exposure to middleware, Java and/or .NET development, and customer‑facing responsibilities. You will work with a mentor, gradually taking ownership of integration activities and troubleshooting issues across customer environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering/IT or related field.
• Foundation in Java and/or .NET development.
• 0–2 years software development or integration experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration and implementation of docuflow middleware solutions.
• Configure and maintain connections and integrations between enterprise systems.
• Assist with developing and supporting system interfaces using middleware and integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot interface, connectivity and integration issues.
• Monitor integration flows and system performance and help identify potential issues.
• Support deployments, upgrades and production incidents.
• Assist with implementation and support projects across different customer environments.
