Job summary

VersaFile Inc. in Europe is seeking an SAP Technical Consultant to join our team and help deliver SAP document management, archiving, and integrations for enterprise customers.

The ideal candidate will work across SAP development, technical consulting, and customer-facing problem solving, with a focus on ABAP enhancements, SAP integrations, and system landscapes across DEV/QA/PROD. EU-timezone overlap is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong ABAP development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFC, IDoc, BAPI, and APIs.
• Experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite.
• Understanding of SAP transport management and system landscapes across DEV, QA, and PROD.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Configure and support SAP document management and archiving solutions.
• Develop, enhance, debug, and support ABAP objects.
• Design, develop, and support SAP integrations using RFC, BAPI, IDoc, APIs, and SAP BTP.
• Configure and customize SAP solutions based on customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate SAP transports across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Support system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues with customers and internal teams.
• Work with business users, functional consultants, and developers to deliver solutions.
• Document technical solutions, configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide technical guidance across the implementation and support lifecycle.
