Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Office-Suite Expert to support AI-assisted document evaluation remotely on a flexible, contract basis.

You will review AI-generated artifacts in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, perform pairwise comparisons, assess layout and rendering, and grade outputs with rubrics.

Strong writing, attention to detail, and a 3+ year track record with the Microsoft Office suite are required; start immediately with 10–20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience producing and reviewing office documents.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Own and use the full Microsoft Office desktop suite.
• Strong written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated office artifacts across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Perform pairwise comparisons of candidate responses to select the stronger one.
• Assess content and rendering, including layout, formatting, and visual structure.
• Grade outputs using structured rubrics and provide feedback to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to ensure quality standards.
