Job summary

Tailored Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced MEP Digital Engineer for a remote, delivery-focused role supporting live BIM projects across the AEC sector. You will work with Revit MEP, coordinating models in federated environments and delivering clash-free workflows.

You will collaborate with BIM teams, designers and external stakeholders, contribute quickly to project delivery, and help implement BIM standards. Strong hands-on Revit MEP experience and independence are essential for success.

Qualifications

Background in Building Services MEP.
Experience in MEP engineering within consultancy or BIM-led contractor environments.
Strong hands-on experience using Revit MEP.
Design-led experience across one or more MEP disciplines.
Experience working within coordinated BIM environments.
Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and model-based delivery.
Ability to work independently and manage technical outputs.
Experience with Navisworks or similar coordination tools is beneficial.
Strong communication skills & personable.

Responsibilities

Supporting MEP design and digital delivery across coordinated BIM projects.
Producing and developing Revit MEP models in line with client and project requirements.
Working within federated models alongside architectural and structural teams.
Supporting coordination activities, including clash resolution and model reviews.
Assisting with the implementation of BIM workflows and project standards.
Liaising with consultants, contractors, and internal delivery teams.
Supporting design development from concept through to detailed stages.
Providing practical, delivery‑first support across multiple live projects.
