Job summary

Ethos is seeking a BIM Technician to produce coordinated Revit models and drawings for data centre projects. You will join a wider BIM and Engineering team and focus on MEP/M&E modelling, clash coordination, and drawing production in alignment with project requirements.

You will support the BIM Project Lead and engage with engineering teams and external consultants to ensure deliverables are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM delivery within MEP or multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience working on large-scale or complex projects (e.g. data centres).
• Experience leading or coordinating BIM teams on projects.

Responsibilities

• Project BIM Delivery: Ensure all deliverables meet programme milestones and report progress.
• Model Coordination & Quality: Develop and maintain coordinated Revit models; run clash detection and coordinate resolutions.
• Standard Compliance: Ensure models comply with BIM standards and QA processes; maintain data integrity.
• Drawing Production & Output: Oversee drawings from Revit models; ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Represent Ethos in BIM coordination meetings and coordinate with external consultants.
• Model Health & Performance: Monitor model performance and maintain efficiency and cleanliness.
• Key Objectives: Deliver coordinated BIM models and drawings; ensure timely BIM delivery.
• Authority & Decision Making: Oversee BIM activities and escalate issues to BIM Project Manager.
