Twinkl Educational Publishing seeks an Education Content Manager for the MENA region. You will shape product strategy, collaborate with product teams for quality resources, and lead targeted campaigns to educators in Arabic-speaking markets.

This remote UK-based role emphasizes end-to-end ownership and stakeholder partnerships. You will analyse market trends, drive growth through data-driven decisions, and ensure content aligns with brand objectives while expanding across the MENA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Education or a relevant subject area (Arabic language, English/Arabic translation, marketing, etc).
• 5+ years in brand management, category management or related roles.
• Fluency in Arabic (native or bilingual).
• Proven track record of developing category strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with brand objectives and market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and create plans to capitalise on them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy execution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for the MENA region.
• Work with product leads to ensure high-quality resources and timely delivery.
• Manage partnerships and accreditations for the MENA category and promote content via newsletters and social channels.
• Develop marketing plans and campaigns with marketing/international teams to ensure consistent messaging.
