Job summary

Dexcom seeks a Junior Territory Sales Manager to cover Hertfordshire & Essex (South) from a home office in the UK. The role supports Dexcom CGM adoption in Community and Primary Care, builds relationships with healthcare professionals, and drives territory objectives within the Dexcom UK & Ireland Field Sales team.

Applicants should have 2–5 years in a related role or healthcare sales, strong data usage, and a willingness to learn clinical and market access knowledge.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience.
• Experience in healthcare or a comparable commercial environment is preferred.
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in medical sales and diabetes care.
• Ability to learn clinical, product, selling, and market access knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive recommendations and adoption of Dexcom CGM products across Community and Primary Care settings.
• Support implementation of local ICS/CCG real-time CGM policies by driving new patient initiations and appropriate switches from competitor technologies.
• Build effective relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and internal Dexcom stakeholders to deliver territory objectives.
• Provide product training and in-servicing to relevant HCPs using compliant engagement methods.
• Manage territory strategically, prioritising accounts and activities based on customer and business needs.
• Use CRM and data insights daily to identify opportunities, track activity, and support growth.
• Contribute to increasing Dexcom market share and achieving sensor sales targets.
