Qualifications

• Life sciences or healthcare degree required with strong clinical background.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong translation skills.
• Experience in medical information and/or call center environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate English documents and respond to drug information inquiries in writing or by phone.
• Identify adverse events and process quality-related communications per SOPs.
• Provide medically accurate information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams as needed.
• Engage in medical writing tasks and support market research and training projects.
