Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medicines Information Specialist for a home-office based role in Europe. The position requires full-time availability, and eligibility to work in the EU or UK.

The role involves handling drug information inquiries, adverse event reporting, and medical writing, with shifts including day and night rosters and potential weekend work. Candidates should have a Life Sciences or healthcare degree, strong English, and experience in a medical information or call center setting.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent.
• Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• In addition to mother tongue fluency in English, other languages to CEFR level C1/C2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate documents and respond to drug information inquiries.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints; assist with reporting per SOPs.
• Write adverse event narratives and medical information responses.
• Coordinate with QA/Regulatory teams for quality-related complaints.
