Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Home Office based Medical Communications professional to support call centre activities, adverse event intake, and medical writing for healthcare providers and patients across Europe. The role requires strong English language skills, clinical background, and the ability to work a rolling 5-day schedule including weekends.

Ideal candidates hold a Life Sciences or healthcare degree, with translation experience and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent.
• Strong clinical background and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Mother tongue fluency in English; other European languages at CEFR C1/C2 preferred.
• Strong translation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate English documents and respond to inquiries by phone or writing.
• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints and generate initial reports per SOPs.
