Job summary

The Talent World is seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Specialist for a fully remote role based in the United Kingdom. You will design and deliver data-driven AI solutions, working across data science, analytics, and engineering teams to solve complex business challenges.

You will transform large datasets into actionable insights, build predictive models, and develop data products and dashboards. The role emphasizes responsible AI practices and collaboration across multi-vendor

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience with data analysis, ML, and statistics.
  • 6+ years designing analytical and quantitative models.
  • 6+ years transforming data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
  • 6+ years applying AI/ML to real-world business problems.
  • Strong data analysis methodologies and ML concepts.
  • Ability to translate analytical results into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong programming and analytical capabilities to build robust ML solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical approaches.
  • Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Responsible AI mindset with privacy and ethics considerations.
  • Ability to work independently and elevate risks in a complex delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, train, validate, and evaluate machine learning models for business and enterprise use cases.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare, clean, normalize, structure, and organize data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
  • Develop analytical models, data products, dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate findings effectively.
  • Integrate machine learning models into applications, business processes, and operational workflows.
  • Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements for AI and analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, developers, and project teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and expertise across data science and AI initiatives.
  • Support the development of full-stack analytics and AI applications when required.
  • Promote responsible AI practices by considering privacy, transparency, accountability, security, and ethical implications throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Identify, communicate, and appropriately elevate technical risks, dependencies, and issues within a multi-vendor environment.
  • Develop and share reusable analytical models, methodologies, and data products to improve organizational capabilities.
