Job summary

Client Server is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Python AWS MLOps) for a flexible, remote role in the UK. You will join an international team delivering ML solutions for insurance pricing and underwriting, with projects spanning data modelling and production ML deployment.

You will collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Engineers in an Agile environment, mentoring others and helping to shape greenfield forecasting and pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full lifecycle of ML models from development to production.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, microservices, TDD/DDD, and common design patterns.
• Experience with Databricks, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift or MLflow would be great but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with Data Scientists and Software Engineers on ML model development and deployment.
• Contribute to data modelling and pricing/underwriting ML projects.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in Agile discussions.
• Lead Greenfield ML forecasting and pricing initiatives when applicable.
