Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Data and AI Solutions Group Lead to steer globally distributed teams of data, AI, and software professionals. This remote leadership role can be based in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, or Poland and focuses on translating strategic objectives into concrete delivery outcomes while growing capability and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Proven experience leading and developing technical teams in Data/AI/Analytics/Software.
Experience in Agile/Lean delivery frameworks.
Track record of delivering Data/AI solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of AI/data professionals across geographies.
Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning.
Partner with Product and Engineering to align priorities and delivery metrics.
Drive predictable, sustainable delivery with robust planning and risk management.
Translate strategy into actionable short- and mid-term plans for teams.
Guide responsible AI practices and data governance across projects.
