Lime is seeking a Logistics Provider Compliance Associate to join the Global Operations team. This role focuses on owning LP compliance processes and contract governance across a global network, ensuring safe, reliable operations with strong data quality and documentation controls.

The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to local warehouses and limited international travel; you will partner with Legal, Local Operations, and project teams to implement scalable processes and ensure

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in B2B operations, compliance, vendor management, contract administration, procurement, or related field.
• Experience managing documentation, contracts, audits, or compliance programs involving external vendors.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheet, documentation management, and workflow tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across Legal, Operations, Product, Government Relations, and external audiences.

Responsabilités

• LP lifecycle management & onboarding, renewals, updates, and offboarding, with focus on standardization and data quality.
• Own global LP contract reporting, review and tracking, providing visibility into coverage, exceptions, expiries, and remediation.
• Translate approved operational requirements into scalable processes, documentation and contract updates with Legal & Local Operations.
• Develop a risk-based compliance framework, proactively identifying, assessing and mitigating risks.
• Document and maintain ownership, workflows, and SLAs across Central/Local Operations, Legal, and Logistics Providers; follow up on issues.
