Job summary

Lime is hiring a Logistics Provider (LP) Compliance Associate to join our Global Operations team. You will own LP compliance processes, contract governance, and documentation, partnering with Legal, Local Operations, and project teams to implement scalable, compliant solutions.

The role is hybrid, with about 10% travel to warehouses or for roving duties, and demands strong attention to detail, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B operations, compliance or vendor management.
• Experience handling contracts, audits, or compliance programs with external vendors.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and documentation management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across Legal, Operations, Product, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding, renewals, updates, and offboarding for Logistics Providers, aiming for automation and data quality improvements.
• Own global LP contract reporting, tracking expiries and remediation; provide visibility into coverage and gaps.
• Collaborate with Legal, Local Operations and project teams to translate requirements into scalable processes and updates.
• Develop a risk-based compliance framework and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Document and maintain ownership, workflows, and SLAs across Central/Local Operations, Legal, and Logistics Providers.
