Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Service Engineer to join our London team. You will maintain a portfolio of lifts across North London, performing routine service, safety checks and minor repairs while keeping clients informed with clear updates on progress.

You will work with experienced colleagues, receive comprehensive training, and have opportunities to pursue NVQ Level 4 and the Employee Scholarship Program to support career development within a global leader in elevators and escalators.

Qualifications

• Hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in lift service, maintenance or repair.
• Be able to travel around London.
• Have at least 24 months' experience in the lift industry, ideally across equipment from manufacturers such as KONE, Schindler and others.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine service and maintenance checks on lifts across North London.
• Be the face of the business, regularly providing clients with updates on the work carried out.
• Respond to unexpected breakdowns, identifying issues and providing technical solutions.
• Perform minor repairs.
