Job summary

Law Staff in the United Kingdom is seeking a specialist Remote Lease Extension Lawyer to join a respected nationwide team and handle a lease extension caseload remotely. You will work with Freeholders and Leaseholders across the country and enjoy flexible/remote working and a bonus scheme.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' lease extension experience, strong client care, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing a Lease Extension caseload
• Extensive experience of both statutory and informal lease extensions.
• Experience of enfranchisement, right of 1st refusal, licence to alter and right to manage work, that work is also available.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of lease extension work and be able to work unsupervised, or with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Extension caseload with minimal supervision.
• Undertake statutory and informal lease extension work.
• Assist with enfranchisement, right of first refusal, licence to alter and right to manage where applicable.
• Maintain high standards of client care and billing.

Are you a specialist Remote Lease Extension Lawyer looking to secure your next new challenge within a well-respected specialist lease extension team, and is possibly the largest nationwide? The firm offer remote working, flexible working, a bonus/incentive scheme plus more.

Handling work throughout the country for both Freeholders and Leaseholders, you will be able to manage a caseload unsupervised or with minimal supervision. Ideally you will be committed to specialise in lease extension, however if you have more general property experience but able to run lease extension cases without supervision and want to specialise in this area, we would love to hear from you.
