Job summary

A leading consultancy based in the UK is seeking an Associate Facilitator to deliver pre-designed development programmes focused on leadership and employee development. This role requires a credible individual with experience in delivering management training and EDI courses, particularly anti-racism. The position is home-based, allowing regular travel across the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a qualification in Training or Learning and Development, and experience in evaluating learning programmes. You will contribute to transformative behaviour change in organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering Management and Leadership development programmes to employees, middle managers, and senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of culture and its relationship to business performance.
• Experience working with the UK’s public sector, especially local Councils.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-designed development programmes for various employee groups and leaders.
• Conduct evaluations to measure the impact of delivered programmes.
• Travel regularly around the UK for assignments.
