TXP is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead data migration within a major Government/Public Sector transformation programme. This remote role requires coordination across engineers, architects, business analysts and test teams.

The successful candidate will drive delivery governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely reporting to programme leadership. BPSS clearance is required, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Delivery manager experience in large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering data migration projects.
• Experience managing technical teams in Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and delivery reporting.
• Previous UK Government or wider Public Sector experience.
• Experience working within a major systems integrator or large consultancy.
• Knowledge of cloud migration, data integration or legacy modernisation.
• Familiarity with GDS ways of working.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery across data migration activities, ensuring scope, milestones and outcomes are achieved.
• Manage delivery plans, RAID logs, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts and Test teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and provide effective delivery governance.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues and blockers.
• Manage stakeholder communications across internal teams, the client and third-party suppliers.
• Track progress and provide regular updates to programme leadership.
• Support planning, release management and transition activities.
