Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or Architectural Technologist.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a drafting team.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of architectural drafters in a remote setting.
• Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules using BIM and CAD software.
• Develop and enforce drafting standards, templates, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Review and approve all architectural drawings before issuance to clients or project teams.
• Collaborate closely with architects and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated into documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve drafting-related issues, ensuring timely delivery of documentation.
