Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote BIM Modeler specializing in architecture to support our client's teams. You will create and manage accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, translating design intent into coordinated models for documentation and construction.

This fully remote role offers flexibility, the ability to work independently, and collaboration with a dynamic team while contributing to diverse and impactful projects using modern BIM tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler, specifically in architecture.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM principles.
• Experience with model coordination and clash detection software is advantageous.
• Good understanding of architectural design and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Revit.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project BIM standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline modelers (structural, MEP) to resolve clashes.
• Prepare model-based documentation such as drawings and schedules.
• Assist in the implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.
• Support project teams with model-related queries and tasks.
