Qualifications

• 5+ years working as an LCSW/LMSW or senior case management professional at a hospital system, child welfare agency, behavioral health organization, or large nonprofit.
• Direct ownership of clinical caseloads, family/child welfare cases, or program-level service delivery.
• Fluency in social work practice standards and case management tooling, plus understanding of mandated reporting, interagency coordination, and ethical/legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Construct social work scenarios across case assessment, care coordination, crisis intervention or mandated reporting.
• Develop tasks across clinical social work, child welfare, healthcare/medical social work, substance use, and community-based case management.
• Create practice scenarios using EHR/CCWIS, risk assessment tools, and interagency referrals.
• Apply biopsychosocial, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice and produce case plans and clinical documentation.
• Write rubrics distinguishing authentic clinical and ethical judgment from recall.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
