Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker with 5+ years of experience in hospital, child welfare, behavioral health, or large nonprofit.
• Direct ownership of clinical caseloads or program-level service delivery.
• Fluency in social work standards and interagency coordination; understanding mandated reporting and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Construct social work scenarios spanning case assessment, coordination, and crisis intervention.
• Build tasks across clinical social work practice, child welfare, healthcare social work, and community-based case management.
• Develop practice scenarios involving EHR/CCWIS and interagency referral platforms.
• Apply biopsychosocial assessment, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practice, NASW Code of Ethics; produce case plans and documentation.
• Produce reference case plans and interdisciplinary team communications.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to AI model performance.
