Qualifications

• 4+ years at a top consulting or advisory firm or equivalent in-house corporate development.
• Elite structured problem-solving with the ability to defend a recommendation under ambiguity.
• Strong financial and business acumen plus advanced modeling (LBO / 3-statement, pro forma).
• Comfort owning an engagement independently, not just supporting one.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review client-ready deliverables such as M&A / investment cases and post-merger integration plans with clear assumptions and risks.
• Synthesize messy inputs into a structured, well-reasoned case, weighing credibility of sources.
• Deliver client-ready work products with explicit assumptions, risks, and conditions.
