Job summary

Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking a Building Surveyor / Project Manager to act as Latent Defects Surveyor, handling a portfolio of latent defects and structural warranty claims on a project managed basis.

You will work from home and travel throughout Greater London as required for client assignments, bringing expertise in defect diagnosis and building pathology. MRICS / AssocRICS and/or MCIOB qualifications are expected.

Qualifications

• MRICS/AssocRICS and/or MCIOB qualification is required.
• Experience with defect diagnosis and building pathology is essential.
• Ability to manage projects and a portfolio of latent defects or structural warranty claims.

Responsibilities

• Lead latent defects surveys and manage claims on a project basis.
• Coordinate with clients and insurers to resolve defects efficiently.
