MRICS Building Surveyor / Project manager - Office based - London

Our client is an established London-based surveying practice seeking an experienced Building Surveyor at Senior or Associate level.

The role combines project work with professional building surveying instructions, with a particular emphasis on leading refurbishment and improvement projects. You’ll take responsibility for your own schemes and may act as Contract Administrator, Lead Consultant or Project Manager, coordinating clients, contractors and other consultants.

The professional work may include defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, landlord and tenant matters, reinstatement cost assessments, party wall matters and general building surveying advice.

A strong working knowledge of JCT contracts is essential. Experience with other contract forms and procurement routes would be beneficial. This is a full-time, office-based London position.
