MorePeople is recruiting a Land Assembly Officer to lead and deliver land assembly activities for utilities/infrastructure projects around Oxford. The role offers home-based work with regional collaboration and requires strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and project management skills.

You will manage varying project scales, from smaller negotiations to major infrastructure developments, ensuring proper approvals, timely progress and clear client reporting.

Formación

• Experience in land assembly, property, utilities or infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
• MRICS and/or FAAV are desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage multiple projects, prioritising workloads and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
• Lead negotiations for land consents, acquisitions and compensation claims.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and line managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide clear, reasoned advice and recommendations to clients.
• Facilitate new customer connections, lease renewals and land acquisitions relating to substations and underground cable infrastructure.
• Demonstrate an understanding of billing processes, financial responsibilities and accurate time recording.
• Collaborate across different disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality services.
• Maintain strong client and customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Demonstrate dependability, resilience and a commitment to delivering results.
