GRIT Empowerment is seeking an independent Learning and Development Specialist to join our global team on a performance-based, contractor basis. The role offers time and location flexibility, with full training provided and no industry-specific experience required.

You will design and deliver marketing campaigns, source leads, conduct interviews, and support team development while promoting personal and professional growth across our eLearning courses and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in a FT paid business role.
