Qualifications

• At least one year of professional software engineering experience at a leading technology company.
• Experience within the past three years is required.
• Strong programming and debugging fundamentals.
• Ability to evaluate code for correctness and quality.
• Ability to write technically sound reference solutions and tests.
• Good understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, maintainability, and quality.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, and design issues in generated solutions.
• Create realistic coding problems based on real-world software scenarios.
• Write reference solutions that demonstrate correct, maintainable code.
• Develop tests that distinguish correct solutions from incomplete approaches.
• Review model reasoning on debugging, architecture, APIs, data structures, algorithms and system design.
• Provide detailed feedback explaining what is right, what is wrong, and how to improve.
• Help design increasingly challenging engineering tasks to test real-world coding ability.
