You will review AI-generated code, assess technical reasoning, create realistic software engineering problems, write reference solutions and tests, and provide detailed feedback on debugging, architecture, and implementation quality.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, maintainability, and overall engineering quality.
• Identify bugs, edge cases, incomplete implementations, and poor design decisions in generated solutions.
• Create realistic coding problems based on real-world software engineering scenarios.
• Write high-quality reference solutions that demonstrate correct and maintainable implementations.

• Professional experience building production software at a major technology company or high-quality engineering organization.
• Experience with backend, frontend, full-stack, systems, infrastructure, mobile, or platform engineering.
• Experience performing code reviews or reviewing pull requests.
• Experience writing automated tests or debugging production issues.
• Experience designing coding exercises, interview questions, technical assessments, or engineering benchmarks is helpful.
• Experience with APIs, databases, distributed systems, cloud services, or production applications is valuable.
