Placements24 is seeking a junior corporate paralegal to join their legal team in a fully remote role. You will support corporate attorneys with records management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance.

The position suits a detail-oriented professional with a foundation in corporate law and a drive to grow within a supportive and forward-thinking department. Prior experience in a corporate setting is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Paralegal Studies or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a corporate legal environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with corporate law principles and practices (UK focus helpful).
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate minute books, statutory registers, and other corporate records.
• Draft and review corporate and commercial agreements with attorneys.
• Prepare and file corporate compliance documents with regulators.
• Conduct legal research related to corporate law and governance.
• Assist with due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and transactions.
• Manage electronic document repositories and ensure efficient retrieval.
