Corporate Compliance Paralegal – 3 Month FTC

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collate and review corporate documentation for all entities from existing records.
• Assist with the implementation of a global entity management platform.
• Prepare and file paperwork to rename various entities.
• Execute powers of attorney for signature for Netherlands, Germany, and other entities.
• Support vetting of our supplier preferred supplier list (PSL) and review current service agreements.
• Prepare for the implementation of the European Pay Transparency Directive.
• Investigate and build GDPR processes for non‑UK entities and ensure EU‑US Data Privacy Framework compliance.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Strong understanding of corporate governance and entity management processes.
• Experience with international compliance requirements and legal documentation.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy frameworks.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight timelines.
