Job summary

Harvey Nash Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the replacement of an Enterprise Risk Management System. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, including implementation, testing, data migration and change readiness, with go-live readiness as the final milestone.

The project is a 3-month contract with York-based oversight and the option for fully remote work. Start date is 1 October 2026, offering a high-visibility delivery environment within a fast-paced context.

Qualifications

Demonstrated delivery of business or technology system implementations through go-live.
Strong planning, organisation and coordination across multiple workstreams.
Hands-on experience with SaaS or packaged-platform implementations including UAT and data migration.
Change management experience covering impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption.
Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of a replacement Enterprise Risk Management System (RMS).
Take overall responsibility for successful delivery, including implementation, change management, testing and data migration.
Ensure the solution is fully prepared for a controlled go-live and business readiness.
