Job summary

Better Placed is seeking an hands‑on Integration Engineer to design, build and support connections between ecommerce and ERP, WMS and other systems. You’ll work across APIs, webhooks and data flows to connect ecommerce platforms with third‑party services in a fully remote UK role.

Responsibilities include owning integrations end‑to‑end, troubleshooting issues and improving reliability and monitoring. Shopify/NetSuite experience is a plus, with a 20% bonus on top of salary.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building system integrations end‑to‑end.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks and third‑party platforms.
• Comfort handling data across multiple systems and domains.
• Ownership from requirements and design to production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain integrations between ecommerce and operational systems.
• Develop and consume REST/GraphQL APIs and webhooks.
• Work with data flows covering orders, customers, products, inventory and fulfilment.
• Integrate ecommerce platforms with ERP, WMS, fulfilment and third‑party systems.
• Diagnose integration failures, data discrepancies and production issues.
• Improve monitoring, reliability and scalability across existing integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate requirements into solutions.
