Job summary

Broaden is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own core product capabilities across web apps, APIs, and data assets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Data, Design, Sales and Customer Success to drive cross-functional outcomes and stakeholder buy-in.

You will translate complex risk and data requirements into clear specifications, define success metrics, and iterate rapidly in a remote-first environment, with occasional UK travel to meet customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience independently managing products through full lifecycles (discovery, spec, delivery, launch, and iteration).
• Experience or exposure in insurance/underwriting, geospatial or property data products, or UX/UI design collaboration is advantageous, though learning agility matters most.
• Thrives in a remote-first environment; comfortable with technical details and occasional UK travel for customer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise, and manage product roadmaps and backlogs across web apps, APIs, and data products.
• Engage insurers, underwriters, brokers, and partners to translate workflows into platform features.
• Translate requirements into actionable engineering specs, user stories, and API/data definitions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data to guide delivery, refine releases, and enable commercial teams.
• Establish product success metrics and analyse analytics and usage signals for iteration.
• Conduct discovery interviews, run user demos, and present to stakeholders to drive decisions.
• Maintain credibility when collaborating with Engineering/Data through API and data concepts.
• Influence cross-functional teams and trade-offs without direct managerial authority.
• Define product success metrics and adjust based on analytics and feedback.
