You will process insurance risks, perform technical checks, and contribute to timely service levels and quality standards as part of a growing team in the London market.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy, verbal and literacy skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to deliver accurate work with high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical checks on insurance documentation to ensure accuracy, identifying discrepancies or errors.
• Liaise with customers and brokers to resolve queries related to work being processed.
• Take ownership of your own workload to meet service levels.
• Input details into databases to initiate settlements and process updates.
• Complete accurate reporting associated with the work being processed.
• Support and contribute to innovation and process improvement projects.
• Review and validate insurance documentation for quality and compliance.
• Meet agreed service levels in terms of quality, accuracy, and turnaround times.
