Job summary

NCFE is seeking Independent End Point Assessors (IEPAs) to join our End Point Assessment team and deliver the Level 4 Associate Project Manager standard. The role supports apprentices by grading their assessments and guiding them through the EPA process.

This flexible worker position requires availability 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday during allocated work, with travel to conduct face-to-face assessments as needed. Prior project management experience and an assessor qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognised assessor qualification
• Minimum 3 years or recent relevant experience as a Project Manager
• Active professional CPD within the standards being assessed

Responsibilities

• Deliver EPA in line with the Associate Project Manager standard
• Record EPAs and interact with apprentices via NCFE EPA platform
• Attend standardisation events to ensure quality and consistency
• Communicate with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading
