Job summary

NCFE is seeking Independent End Point Assessors to join its flexible EPA team, assessing Early Years and Education Apprenticeship Standards across a remote-friendly schedule.

As an IEPA, you’ll conduct assessments, prepare clear reports, and participate in standardisation events, with travel only as required. The role values sector expertise, integrity, and a commitment to quality education for apprentices.

Qualifications

• A recognised Assessor qualification or working towards.
• At least 3 years’ occupational competency within the Early Years and/or Education sectors
• Hold at least a level 3 qualification in the occupational area
• Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
• Good IT Skills
• A full valid driving licence as travel (essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver EPA in line with the Early Years and Education Standards
• Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
• Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
• Communicating with apprentices, ITPs and employers on EPA and grading
