Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a motivated Analyst I for its Falcon Complete team. This remote UK role focuses on monitoring and analyzing security alerts, performing malware analysis, and remotely remediating threats across Windows, Mac, and Linux.

You will contribute to incident response, improve detection processes, and communicate findings to customers. Strong technical and communication skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident handling for organizations and targeted threats.
• Background in forensic analysis during IR investigations.
• Understanding of system internals to implement countermeasures.
• Ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis.
• Experience creating remediation plans for incidents.
• Programming/scripting experience (PowerShell, C/C#, Python, etc.).
• Security certifications relevant to IR or cybersecurity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and Linux/Unix.
• Ability to handle high-pressure security incidents effectively.
• BA/BS degree in CS/InfoSec or related field.
• Experience applying AI techniques to security workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts using the CrowdStrike platform.
• Handle incidents across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Perform malware analysis and remote remediation.
• Improve incident detection, triage, and countermeasure processes.
• Create clear written and verbal communications for customers.
• Contribute to thought leadership through blogs and CrowdCasts.
• Assist in advancing security processes and procedures.
