Job summary

Whitespace is the operational platform for waste, recycling and environmental services across the UK.

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services Team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role responsible for the technical delivery of our software implementations, including configuring customer solutions, data preparation, testing support and training delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in software implementation, application support, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and the Godalming Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Own technical configuration and data activities across implementations.
• Coordinate with project manager on larger projects and govern smaller ones.
• Deliver customer training and produce implementation documentation.
• Support testing, data preparation, and readiness for deployment.
