FuturLab is seeking a Game Designer to join our award-winning studio known for PowerWash Simulator and other titles. You will contribute across concept development, level design, and reward balancing, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high gameplay standards.

This role focuses on creating engaging experiences, refining game systems, and collaborating on content once a commercial project is underway. Experience with Unity and a passion for innovative gameplay are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of game design principles and mechanics.
• Experience drafting game design documents and balancing gameplay.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback from multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Write clear game design documents and guidance for level design.
• Participate in brainstorming, prototyping, tuning, pacing, and difficulty balancing.
• Iterate on content and mechanics based on playtesting and goals.
• Research, design new content and features to keep experiences engaging.
