Job summary

First Bus, part of First Group, is seeking an experienced HR Project Partner to lead three high-profile people initiatives for a six-month fixed-term contract. The role is remote within the UK with occasional travel, reporting to the Colleague Experience team and collaborating with senior leaders to implement Job Architecture, ERA25 readiness and Industrial Relations initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HRBP role.
• Track record delivering complex people projects or transformation programmes.
• Excellent planning, governance and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of three key people projects.
• Provide practical support on employee relations and legislative requirements.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
