Qualifications

• Ability to provide professional HR advice in line with employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
• Support and manage HR casework, investigations, meetings, hearings, and appeals.
• Build and maintain relationships with allocated clients.
• Deliver practical HR solutions in line with employment law and best practice.
• Support HR projects, policy development, training, and organisational change initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality service delivery.
