TSA Surveying Recruitment are working with a leading North Yorkshire practice to appoint a Valuation Surveyor for the Wakefield area. Based from home with an office day on Fridays, you will conduct Home Buyer reports and valuations for lending purposes.

The role offers £50,000–£65,000 base salary, car allowance, bonus structure, hybrid pattern if desired, and a benefits package including 25 days leave and private health care.

Qualifications

• FRICS/MRICS/Assoc RICS membership is required or currently pursuing.
• VRS registration or eligible for registration is required.
• Residential surveying experience essential.
