Job summary

TSA Surveying Ltd is recruiting a Valuation Surveyor to support a leading North Yorkshire practice with Wakefield coverage. The role focuses on Home Buyer reports and lending valuations, with home-based work and a Friday in-office day.

Candidates should hold FRICS/MRICS/Assoc RICS, be VRS registered or eligible, have strong residential surveying expertise, a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and be comfortable working from home.

Qualifications

• FRICS, MRICS or Assoc RICS
• Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria to gain registration easily
• Technical expertise in residential surveying
• Experience across North Yorkshire is preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Able to work from home

Across a normal working week, you will be conducting Home Buyer reports and Valuations for lending purposes.
