e.surv Chartered Surveyors is seeking RICS registered valuers for nationwide Mortgage Valuation and HomeBuyer Report work. The role offers home-based and flexible location options, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and local market knowledge.

Qualifications

• RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying.
• Experience completing Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
• Able to work from home with flexible location options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports for lenders.
• Prepare accurate surveying reports using iPad technology.
• Support nationwide coverage with local knowledge and minimal travel.
