Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Hindi, with strong listening comprehension.
• Excellent listening skills for noisy or overlapping speech.
• Detail-oriented with methodical approach to repetitive work.
• Comfortable following detailed style guides and formatting rules.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hindi audio and produce accurate, detailed transcriptions following provided style guidelines.
• Handle challenging audio scenarios including crosstalk, overlapping speakers, and background noise.
• Identify and label multiple speakers consistently throughout recordings.
• Apply precise punctuation and notation conventions per guidelines.
• Flag unclear audio segments according to project protocols.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across large volumes of content.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
