Job summary

Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of healthcare and IT-enabled projects. You will report to the Programmes & Projects Manager and work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.

You will lead projects using established frameworks, define scope and plans, coordinate teams and vendors, track costs, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare environments (biotech, pharma, medical devices, or clinical).
• Project management experience, ideally including IT projects.
• Experience delivering small to medium-scale projects.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, or similar methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in line with an established project management framework.
• Define and manage project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure aligned delivery.
• Track costs, manage change, and escalate risks or issues as required.
• Provide clear project reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee implementation and handover to the business, including systems, training, and communications.
