Qualifications

• Must have experience managing high-value customer accounts and healthcare contracts.
• Strong understanding of NHS structures and clinical pathways is beneficial.
• Proven ability to lead meetings, present data, and drive service delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio contracts from mobilisation through renewal.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality services on time with minimal corrections.
• Prepare meetings and minutes, and track customer data and KPIs.
• Present contracts and analyses clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to projects aligning with Medinet objectives.
