Job summary

Head of Quality role for a client in the education and skills sector. Remote UK-based, permanent position with £50k-£60k salary. You will own curriculum quality, lead curriculum development and oversee IQAs, shaping standards and learner outcomes.

You will manage a team of IQAs, provide strategic guidance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with curriculum colleagues to maintain high quality education practice.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in quality leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with curriculum development and ownership.
• Proven track record of managing QA teams (IQAs) and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of curriculum quality, development and continuous improvement.
• Lead design, writing and development of curriculum content to meet learner requirements.
• Provide strategic oversight of curriculum development and quality.
• Lead and manage a team of Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs).
• Provide direction, support and performance management to the IQA team.
• Monitor quality performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with curriculum and quality colleagues to maintain standards.
• Influence quality decisions and educational practice.
